The first and last 200 m of every session never show on the map or on share links, so nobody can find your front door.

The map is split into hexagon zones of about 0.1 km². Run or walk through a zone to claim it. A new zone is safe for 24 hours, then anyone can take it by passing through.
Not yet. Importing workouts from Android Health Connect and Apple Health is coming soon, so a watch that syncs there will be able to count.
Your exact start and finish points are never shown to anyone, and zone changes appear to others with a delay. You decide what you share.
Yes, anytime. Go to Me, Settings, Delete account in the app, or follow the steps on our Delete account page. You can download your data first.
